The event was oversold so in order to accommodate the additional 24 golfers who signed up, we planned to have those folks play the 9-Hole Sierra Pines golf course twice to make up the
18 holes that the other 144 people were playing at the main golf course.
The sky broke loose and the rain came after most players finished 9 to 12 holes, although several of the Sierra Pines players finished their 18 holes as they started a little earlier.
As a result, the competition was reduced to 9-holes for groups on both golf courses and the pictures and the names of the winners are shown. Timber Creek Golf Pro Mark Gouger appears in all the pictures. Winning foursomes received rounds of golf donated by local golf courses.
An additional 50 people who did not play golf enjoyed a Chicken & Ribs dinner prepared by
Chef Rob. Over 50 raffle prizes were awarded to lucky winners.
The list of donors is shown here. It would be appreciated if Elks who visit these merchants would thank these merchants, as our tournament would not be successful without their support.
These prizes were obtained 26 Elks who epitomize our theme, Elks Care.Elks Share!!
